Yup. It’s finally happening. 18 months of planning. We have tasted thousands of products. We have endlessly brainstormed how to integrate our online presence and digital content into a classic retail environment. We are having a ton of fun trying to take it to the next level, especially since cocktails are de rigeur for tastings. But, it’s a lot of work too. Thursday we selected 38 items out of the 127 we tasted, which is a higher ratio than normal. It’s more exhausting than you would think, but I’m not complaining. It’s a dream job. And, hopefully in a few weeks our dream store will become your reality, Seattle!

First of all, I am so impressed with your customer support and your product offering.
I had dinner with some chefs from Darden and Smoky Bones here in Orlando and the topic was Berkshire Pork. I was discussing the pork with my brother the next morning and we stumbled on your web site. I placed an order for Pork, Venison and Cowboy Ribeyes and the order was prompt and perfectly packaged. I called my brother and he immediately ordered Venison, Ribeyes and he held out to hear my opinion of the Pork. My message to him was unbelievable!
I was so impressed that I hand delivered 4 special cut chops (Pork) to my friend Mark who is (head of Culinary) at Smokey Bones and he was elated. I took him to your web site and he quite impressed.
You are sitting on a gold mine and if I can help you spread the word in Florida, I will certainly do so. The product is amazing and I look forward to spending addtional money with your organization.
